Leukemia is cancer of the blood or bone marrow. A person who has Leukemia suffers from an abnormal production of blood cells, generally leukocytes that is WBC(white blood cells). This blood disorder is very critical. The DNA of immature blood cells, mainly white blood cells, becomes dilapidated. The abnormality causes the blood cells to grow and divide.   • Chronic Leukemia: Here the growth is not at faster pace but it is difficult to diagnose as the cancers grows for years without exhibiting any symptoms.

Symptoms

  1. Blood Clotting:

    White blood cells are responsible for blood clotting. If the person suffers from this disorder then the person may bruise, bleed easily and the wounds are healed very tardily.

  2. Immune system:

    Immune system gets detonated due to the disorder and the person is likely to catch infections.

  3. Fever, chills Tiredness:

    A patient of leukemia often experience nausea, fever, chills, night sweats and tiredness.

  4. Anaemia:

    In advanced stages of leukemia person becomes anaemic due to deficiency of red blood cells.
